Last Updated: October 30, 2026

Get Hotel Lobby ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), available at gethotellobby.com, is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI-generated content services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content generated, published, distributed, or stored through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions. All users of the Platform must comply with this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content types on Get Hotel Lobby, including:

  • Images: photos you upload for generation.
  • Audio / Video: AI-generated lobby-style videos and related outputs.
  • User Inputs: prompts, settings, and instructions submitted with a generation request.
  • Account and support communications related to use of the Service.

2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories

The Platform prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

  1. Pornography / NSFW — sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW material.
  2. Violence / gore — no realistic violence, gore, dismemberment, torture, or severe bodily harm; no content that encourages real-world violence.
  3. Hate speech — no hate, discrimination, incitement, or demeaning content based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  4. Child-unsafe / CSAM — zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
  5. Deepfakes / impersonation of real people — unauthorized face swap, fabricated words or actions of real individuals; uploading another person's photo requires their permission, and permission is not a license to create the deepfakes prohibited under Section 2.1.
  6. Copyright / trademark infringement — content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or related intellectual property rights.

2.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance

The following will be actioned immediately and may be reported to authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
  • Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction (WMD).
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Deepfakes of real individuals, including face swaps, nudification, intimate-scene compositing, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the individuals consent.

2.2 Restricted — Subject to Review

  • Violent or intense creative content must have a clear creative or educational context and must not cross into the prohibited violence/gore standards above.
  • Politically sensitive or potentially misleading depictions of real events or public figures are subject to review.
  • Medical, legal, or financial advice claims must comply with applicable local regulations; the Service is not a source of professional advice.

2.3 Generally Prohibited Conduct

  • Generating or spreading misinformation or disproven claims.
  • Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
  • Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
  • Deceiving users by passing AI-generated content off as human-created without disclosure where required.
  • Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
  • Jailbreak prompts or other attempts designed to bypass Platform safety measures.

2.4 Source of Uploaded Material

You may only upload your own photos, or material for which you have explicit permission from the people depicted. Uploading another person's photos without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading, you must confirm that the material is your own or that you have permission. Permission does not authorize generating the deepfake content prohibited under Section 2.1.

3. Content Moderation

We operate layered moderation: automated checks where implemented, provider-side safety filters, human review of reported items, and periodic spot checks.

3.1 Automated and technical controls

  • Upload filters: user photo uploads are limited to accepted raster image types (for example JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, AVIF, HEIC/HEIF); SVG and other non-raster formats are rejected. Size limits, per-request file caps, authentication, and rate limits apply.
  • Path validation: generation only accepts photos already stored on our upload paths; off-site image hosts are not accepted as generation inputs.
  • Endpoint controls: non-lobby video endpoints (including image-to-video, video-to-video, and face-swap style endpoints exposed by the underlying stack) are blocked for this product.
  • Provider safety filters: generation requests are sent to MiniMax Hailuo (primary) or Seedance 2.0 (one fallback retry) via fal.ai; the model provider may reject or fail requests that violate its safety policies.

3.2 Human review

  • User-reported content and accounts enter a human review queue monitored by our support / trust & safety contacts.
  • Auto-flagged or provider-rejected cases may also be reviewed when they reach our report or support queue.

3.3 Periodic audits

  • We perform periodic spot checks of generations, uploads, and report outcomes.
  • We review and tighten filters and process when we find gaps.

3.4 Content Severity Levels

| Level | Description | Review | Action | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | L1 — Critical | Child safety, terrorism, WMD, genocide incitement | Priority human confirmation | Immediate ban + report to authorities where appropriate | | L2 — High | Severe policy violations (e.g. clear NSFW, gore, hate, deepfake impersonation) | Priority review | Remove + suspend account | | L3 — Medium | General violations | Human review | Warning + removal | | L4 — Low | Minor violations | Report-triggered | Warning + edit / corrective action |

4. Reporting

4.1 When to Report

  • Content or behavior violating this Policy's content standards.
  • Critical violations involving child safety or terrorism.
  • AI impersonation, deepfakes, or infringement of your own rights.
  • Violating generated videos, unauthorized uploads, or account abuse.

4.2 Reporting Principles

  • Confidentiality: reporter identity is protected to the extent permitted by law and fair process.
  • Impartiality: reports receive independent, objective review.
  • Anti-abuse: malicious or knowingly false reports may themselves be actioned under this Policy.

5. Reporting Channels

Email support@gethotellobby.com with a subject line that contains Report or AUP. Include links or identifiers for the generated video, upload, or account involved, and a short description of the issue.

6. Response & Processing Timelines

| Violation Type | Initial Response | Resolution | | --- | --- | --- | | L1 — Critical | Within 2 hours | Within 24 hours | | L2 — High | Within 24 hours | Within 3 business days | | L3 — Medium | Within 3 business days | Within 7 business days | | L4 — Low | Within 5 business days | Within 15 business days |

If extended processing is required, we will notify the reporter with reasons when practical. Workflow: received → triage (classify L1–L4) → review → decision → enforcement → notification.

7. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and history, we may:

  1. Warning — written notice requiring removal or correction.
  2. Remove / takedown content — delete or disable violating uploads or generated videos.
  3. Freeze or zero credits / takes — hold or clear unused generation credits.
  4. Feature limits — reduce quota, block generation, or restrict studio features.
  5. Suspend account — temporary suspension pending review.
  6. Permanent termination — permanent loss of access.
  7. Law enforcement cooperation — for severe cases (especially L1), we may report and cooperate with authorities.

8. Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing support@gethotellobby.com (include your account email and the decision you are appealing). We aim to complete an independent review within about 10 business days. Appeals are reviewed by someone independent of the original decision where staffing allows.

9. Transparency & Policy Updates

Material changes to this Policy will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
